The construction of the textile demo plant in Äänekoski, Finland, was started on Monday October 15 2018. In line with the project plan, the demo plant should be ready for initiating the actual production phase in late 2019. The plant is built to enable a demonstration project comprising a novel concept, by which paper-grade pulp is converted into textile fibres.
